Return Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouse unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
To start a return, you can contact us via the “Contact” page. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
